5. Rental Vehicle Agreement & Policies
Vehicle Rental Terms
Age & License Requirements:
Renter must be 21 years of age or older
Valid driver’s license required
Driver’s license will be verified before rental
Insurance Requirements:
Proof of valid automobile insurance or purchase of Simply Auto Rental’s rental coverage is required
Renter is responsible for all damage to the rental vehicle
Renter is liable for any traffic violations or parking violations incurred during rental period
Vehicle Condition:
All vehicles are inspected before and after rental
Pre-rental inspection report must be completed and signed by both renter and Simply Auto Rental representative
Renter agrees to report any mechanical or safety issues immediately
Normal wear and tear is acceptable; damage beyond normal wear is renter’s responsibility
Fuel Policy:
Vehicle will be provided with full fuel tank
Vehicle must be returned with full fuel tank or renter will be charged fuel replacement fee plus service charge
Fuel receipts are renter’s responsibility
Mileage Policy:
Unlimited miles within Georgia
Out-of-state travel requires advance approval and may incur additional fees
Vehicle Return:
Vehicle must be returned by agreed-upon time and date
Late returns will be charged at daily rental rate or portion thereof
Vehicle must be returned to authorized Simply Auto Rental location
Post-rental inspection fee applies if vehicle is not cleaned to acceptable standards
6. Intellectual Property Rights
Simply Auto Rental and/or its licensors own all intellectual property rights to this website, including all text, graphics, logos, images, videos, software, and other materials. You are granted a limited license to view and use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
All website content is the exclusive property of Simply Auto Rental. You agree not to:

11. Vehicle Damage & Liability
Renter Responsibility
Renter is responsible for all damage to the rental vehicle, including but not limited to:
Collision damage
Theft or attempted theft
Vandalism
Weather damage (if renter fails to protect vehicle)
Mechanical damage resulting from renter negligence
Missing or damaged vehicle components or accessories
Renter is liable for all damage regardless of fault, except in cases of Simply Auto Rental negligence.
Accident Reporting
In the event of an accident, renter must:
Immediately contact Simply Auto Rental
Call local law enforcement (if required)
Document accident scene with photos/video if possible
Obtain police report number
Cooperate fully with Simply Auto Rental’s insurance process
Failure to report an accident may result in additional charges and legal liability.
Vehicle Loss or Theft
If the rental vehicle is lost, stolen, or totally destroyed, renter is responsible for the full replacement cost of the vehicle, minus insurance coverage. Simply Auto Rental will work with insurance to recover costs.
12. Insurance & Payment
Payment Methods
Simply Auto Rental accepts major credit cards. A valid credit card is required at time of rental. Simply Auto Rental reserves the right to place a hold on your credit card for the rental amount plus estimated damage deposit.
Pricing & Fees
All rental rates and fees are provided at time of booking. Additional fees may apply for:
Late returns
Excessive mileage (if applicable)
Fuel replacement
Vehicle damage or repairs
Traffic violations or parking tickets (if renter’s responsibility)
Cleaning fees (if vehicle returned in unacceptable condition)
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before rental start time: Full refund
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before rental: Non-refundable
No-shows: Full rental charge applies
13. Privacy & Personal Information
Simply Auto Rental respects your privacy. Information collected during the rental process (name, address, driver’s license, contact information, payment information) is used solely for rental purposes and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law or to process rental transactions.

14. Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution

21. Rental Agreement
A separate rental agreement must be completed and signed at the time of vehicle rental. The rental agreement includes:
